We are the residential remodeling operation that de-stresses. Our contracting team can handle any aspect of residential construction or remodeling, from a drywall patch or paint job through a full demolition and rebuild of an existing property. In any case, you will have an equity gain greater than the cost of materials and labor.

We also offer eviction and property management services, delivered with the same competence as our contracting base. The same legal environment that allows squatting also allows significant disruptive activities available to property owners. The owner and members of our staff have been to eviction court and understand what will and will not work.
